Company-wide Repositioning:

Graj + Gustavsen created a strategy for Modell's sporting goods "Next Generation" - a growth initiative that looked at all facets of the business and brand. G+G created a brand platform and developed strategy and design for all brand touch-points including image and identity, retail design, advertising, promotion, and merchandising. In addition, G+G created three private brands so Modell's could take advantage of their sport, workwear, and fashion customer bases.
