NEW YORK -- Graj + Gustavsen (G+G) an integrated branding firm known for building consumer brands, today announced that it has been retained by HGTV (HGTV, www.hgtv.com) to create a strategic brand extension and product licensing platform that enhances and supports HGTV's position as America's leader in home and lifestyle programming.

As part of this agreement, G+G will work closely with HGTV and The Beanstalk Group (Beanstalk, www.beanstalk.com), HGTV's licensing agency, to extend the HGTV on-air and online brand and position it as a consumer products brand for licensing. G+G is charged with establishing the aesthetic framework, brand platform as well as conceptualizing the overall brand design, packaging and style guide.
